Biography
Mr Pradeep Agarwal is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of leadership experience across automobiles, education, and business consultancy. An MBA graduate from BITS Pilani, he has played a pivotal role in transforming India’s auto retail landscape.
As National Treasurer of FADA and Chairperson of the Two-Wheeler Vertical, he leads policy advocacy, dealer profitability strategies, and the expansion of the two-wheeler dealership ecosystem. Previously, he served as State Chairperson of FADA Odisha (2020-2024), actively engaging with policymakers and industry stakeholders.
Beyond automobiles, he is the Executive Director of BNI Greater Odisha, which he helped establish as the No. 1 BNI region globally. He also heads JMG Group, managing automobile dealerships, educational institutions, and business consultancy services.
A strong advocate for skill development, Pradeep has successfully established schools and colleges, impacting the lives of over 2,000 students annually. As a Hero MotoCorp and Ather Energy dealer, he is at the forefront of both traditional and electric two-wheeler retail.
