We are excited to announce the launch of our 1st independent Dealer Satisfaction Survey (DSS) focused solely on Finance & Insurance (F&I) companies. Building on the success of last year's survey where we had a section for finance and insurance alongwith Auto OEMs survey, we are now taking a dedicated approach this year to better understand and enhance the dynamics between Dealers and F&I entities.

The Study will look at key factors and attributes impacting the business relationship across areas of retail & wholesale finance and insurance.

Based on the results of the study, the top players under each segment will be awarded at a glittering award function at the Annual FADA Finance & Insurance Summit on 14th June’24 at Hotel Sahara Star, Mumbai.
