GenX - a vertical created for the second generation of FADA Members who aspire or have entered the auto retail business. The intention of this vertical is to facilitate learning in various forms to the next generation.

Our motto is Collaborate, Innovate and Accelerate – it encapsulates a comprehensive strategy for leadership, growth, and transformation, particularly within the FADA next generation dealers. Each element represents key principles that young automotive leaders should adopt to drive success and shape the future of the industry.

This vision for the FADA GenX Program emphasizes leadership through teamwork, creativity, and swift adaptation, helping young leaders in the automotive sector shape a future of progress, excellence, and industry leadership through the following activities:

1. Executive Leadership Programs with premier management institutes
2. Guest lectures from industry leaders and captains
3. Workshops with domain specialists in varies functions of automotive retail
4. Dealership visit programs

GenX vertical is now a 200-member strong association and is ever growing. It has a representation of over 20% women leaders in the automotive retail business.
